There will be a 10% restocking fee on all material. The material must be returned in original condition and accompanied with a sales receipt within 10 days of the date of purchase. The condition of the material will be determined by Scrap Processing Co.
Because of the sensitivity of sheet metal and trim products, we cannot accept returns on these products.
A 50% deposit will be required on most special order products. Special order materials must be picked up within 20 working days from the date of the order, after which they will be returned and deposit will be forfeited.
A cutting fee will be assessed on all cuts. Scrap Processing will not make any precision cuts.
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks (ID’s required for all credit card and check transactions), must have a valid state issued ID for all credit card purchases, there is a $5.00 minimum for all credit card purchases.
Sales tax is charged on all materials unless a valid tax exemption certificate is presented at the time of sale.
If proof of exemption is not presented, tax will be applied.
